Order Management Specialist
Role Description
The contractor will be responsible for providing order management services to internal and external clients. The role focuses on supporting the full order lifecycle and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through accurate and timely order handling.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting order quoting, order processing, and order fulfillment activities
Reviewing and entering orders in relevant systems
Managing order dispatch, payment support, and follow-up
Ensuring timely release of orders in line with established standards and policies
Monitoring, identifying, and resolving order-related issues and processing errors
Maintaining effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
This role corresponds to an Experienced Para-Professional (S2) level, requiring practical knowledge of job procedures and tools gained through relevant work experience. The contractor will work under moderate supervision and handle mainly routine tasks, with occasional need for interpretation or deviation from standard procedures.

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle new challenges
Positive, proactive attitude with strong social and communication skills
High school education or equivalent experience (university studies are a merit)
Education and/or experience in Order Handling and/or Project Management is a merit
Knowledge of contracts, delivery terms, and payment terms is a merit
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken (other languages are a merit)
