Financial Controller – Operational Finance

We are seeking a Financial Controller to support operational finance activities within a global organization. The role focuses on consolidated reporting, forecasting and financial follow-up in close collaboration with business stakeholders.



Assignment Description

You will work hands-on with financial reporting and analysis while acting as a trusted finance partner to operational teams, FP&A and Accounting.



Key Responsibilities

• Monthly reporting and financial analysis for assigned operational areas

• Consolidation of actuals, forecasts and budgets

• Financial follow-up of spend, CAPEX and COGS

• Accruals, capitalization and internal control activities

• Audit documentation and compliance support

• Continuous dialogue with non-finance stakeholders



Required Experience & Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial controlling or operational finance

• Strong understanding of financial processes and governance

• Solid experience with SAP and Excel

• Ability to explain financial data in a clear and structured way

• Proactive, structured and able to manage multiple priorities
